Owner Occupied Comprehensive Consultation

We evaluate your home as buyers will and create a visual lifestyle that they aspire to have. Using design techniques that highlight and enhance  critical selling features, we define a function in every space.  Function shows the value that buyers are looking for.  A consultation lasts 2-3 hours and includes some hands on staging demonstration and a detailed written report including our preferred vendor recommendations. $350

 

Owner Occupied Staging

Every project begins with a consultation. We use home owner furnishings often enhanced by rentals from our inventory, or purchase of accessory items. We create a home that shows buyers how easy it is to live there.  Packages can include all or part of the  staging consultation recommendations and are priced based on the scope of the project.

Vacant Staging

Includes all phases of design, rental and installation. From delivery to the sale of your property, we mange your project to get you the best selling price in the shortest amount of time.
